Blueberry Cardamom Jam

I first began to appreciate the uniqueness of cardamom when I traveled to India and love the depth it adds to sweets in the East. That's what led to combining it with fresh blueberries and it's worked! This jam was a blue ribbon winner at the 2013 Minnesota State Fair in the fruit & spice jam category.
